Injection molding is the most efficient way to make large numbers of identical plastic parts. Molten plastic is injected into a steel mold, cooled, and ejected as a finished part, which keeps quality consistent from the first piece to the last.

LWN Life is the first factory in Thailand with a 3000-ton injection machine, capable of producing parts up to 44 kg. With 14 machine sizes from 80 to 3000 tons, we can take on small precision parts as well as very large items such as pallet baskets and big storage bins.
